Nick, his father, and the 3 dogs are all great! My family has personal ties to this property. It was my late Grandmothers home. I got to visit with Nick and his father about the property and what it was like when I was kid. The apartment remodels were unrecognizable to me and my family, amazing job! I love the thaw Nick asked about the yard how well my Grandma kept it up. It was her love and she had the best yard in the town. Great location and walking distance to downtown for a beer, food, drinks. Keep up the great work! Can’t wait to see the main house when it’s done!

So nice that I stayed twice.
Really, I just extended my stay, but it was largely because of how clean, quiet, and comfortable the apt was. Very easy to enjoy your time there, and Nick became a good friend.
Continue to highly recommend.

Can't say enough about this host! He's very friendly, responds so quickly to messages, and is happy to help. The home was exactly as described and pictured, very clean. Also so pet friendly with a gated area the host is willing to let you use for your pet to use the bathroom. We stayed for a quick ski weekend, Willamette Pass is a convenient 30 mins away, so we'd def book this again for future trips!

This place was such a cool apartment. Loved the layout! Made me want to create something like this for my own home. Nick, the host was quick to get ahold of and made some awesome accommodations for us! Would highly recommend this spot and look forward to staying here again when we make it back to beautiful Oakridge.

Nicholas's space was exactly what I needed . A perfect space to come back to after long days of environmental surveying in the higher elevations in the Cascades. The space was cozy, inviting and I slept fantastic. Very walkable and a great place for adventures in the Cascades. Nicholas was very responsive, polite and approachable. I would highly recommend a visit!
